The Profi HD welding table can be used for industrial production without worrying about thermal deformations.
For a 2000 kg table load, special castors have to be used. The castor is 500 kg. Due to the reinforcement of the construction from 6 mm to 8 mm, it is necessary to use a new version of adapter 765013, which can be used
with the existing Expert and Profi tables.
Accessories such as stops, angles, clamps, etc. are fully compatible with all our welding table kits.
The construction of the Profi HD welding table is based on the experience gained with the construction of the Profi welding tables. The individual parts of the Profi HD welding table are in the same shape as the Profi version, with a difference in the thickness of the material used.
We have designed many desks of our customers to design a table with greater load-bearing capacity, stiffness and excellent flatness after welding. We have used the proven Laser 355 MC Plus, the thickness of which is 8 mm. This reinforcement results in greater weight and stiffness, but also a greater amount of absorbed heat produced by welding.
