There is no need to fasten the elements from the underside of the welding table, which is very slow, inefficient and dangerous process! The adapter is made of high-quality materials with engineering precision. Its thermal treatment will convince you in about its high strength and long life.
When constructing, we did not leave anything to chance! We have changed its shape several times – always after the testing, so we can offer you a very precise product. We are convinced that when used properly, its lifetime far exceeds the life of other similar systems.
It is the most important clamping element, without which any part of the accessories of the EXPERT and PROFI welding table can be attached to the base plate. The adapter also forms guides for stiffeners with clamps, which are an essential addition to EXPERT and PROFI welding tables. Its use is simple. Insert the adapter into the non-circular hole and turn it to the right to lock it, then tighten the locking nut and it is done. Easy and fast!
Everything takes place at the top of the welding table. Nothing holds and does not keep under the table. The designed fastening method brings you tremendous efficiency and safety when clamping or positioning. Angles, eccentrics, stops, and all similar holes with a hole or groove for clamping are fastened in a simple and fast way. This is our biggest advantage over similar welding tables.
